- Directs and manages a Student Finance team while providing leadership to continuously enhance academic partner services

- Provides management with monitoring, reporting, and evaluation of leads in the development of coworkers, departments, and/or functional areas that play a crucial role in the overall customer service or operational initiative.
- Schedules are developed, implemented, and monitored to ensure effective coverage.
- Possibility of preparing departmental staffing and budget plans and maintaining adequate personnel within service level parameters.

- Can assist with the design and presentation of special reports and projects for accreditation and state approval

Qualifications of Student Finance Manager Jobs in USA
- A bachelor’s degree is required or preferably a Master’s degree
- required 4 years of combined professional experience and
- Prior experience in personnel management is required.

In accordance with the nationwide pay transparency laws, the expected salary range for this position is $51962.03 to $93918.96. Actual compensation will change in accordance with job-related factors that are legal to consider, such as experience and training, location, licensure and certifications, market factors, departmental budgets, and level of responsibility.
